This is not only delicious, but it can help you get more quality seafood into your diet.
I try to keep a container in my fridge at all times.
What you need:
- 1x can sardines in water (or oil but id drain the oil)
- 1x can cod liver
- 4x small garlic cloves
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 lemon - juice and zest
- Sea salt
- Black pepper (optional)
- Coconut aminos or fish sauce (optional)
- Horseradish (optional)
Process:
- Drain sardines and add to food processor
- Drain 1/2 of cod liver and add container to food processor
- Add rest of ingredients
- Pulse
- Taste and adjust
- Pulse again
- Taste
- Store in small jars
