"It's no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society." - Jiddu Krishnamurti
Our society is sick.
The majority of people are now overweight.
Most believe what the mainstream media tells them to.
Most people vote based on the best-sounding speech.
Most listen to talking heads on TV for their health advice.
Most blindly trust what their doctor says.
Most believe the rich are evil while not seeing the irony of doing so from the very comforts given to them by capitalism.
Most believe animal foods are "bad for you," while the low-fat junk foods they eat keep them overweight and unhealthy.
Most have little understanding of history.
Most have little curiosity to learn and grow.
Most are walking talking pleasure-seeking machines and have no idea why they do what they do.
Most live lives of quiet desperation.
This is, unfortunately, where most people are at right now.
But that does not mean they are hopeless.
Many will change for the better.
Most won't.... until there is so much social pressure that they have no choice.
The question is, where the healthy, awake individuals grow large enough to force the rest to come on board?
It's anyone's guess.
And the way things are going with Big Tech censorship, the left controlling most mainstream media, and politics being a broken system, things aren't looking good.
I do have one hope.
That hope is Bitcoin.
I also hope the dollar crashes.
Not because I want to benefit financially.
Not at all.
I believe the dollar crashing will expose the broken system for many. And I think it will force most Americans to rethink things and where they are putting their trust.
I hope it will be a wake-up call for many to take action before it's too late.
The worst thing for America is if things stay the way they are—things getting a bit worse each year.
That slow erosion will allow the majority to keep lying to themselves and clinging to comfort.
And that is how heart disease, cancer, respiratory illness, to name only a few of the top killers, will reach elephantine percentages of American lives.
Right now, 1.5 million+ Americans a year die each year from lifestyle-related (preventable) diseases.
Buy your Bitcoin.
Cut out the processed foods—sugar, grains, seed oils, and corporation-cooked foods.
Get outside for 30 mins a day.
Read books.
Develop a first principles mindset.
Learn how to think for yourself and critically.
Help people.
Help yourself.
Improve yourself.
Then lead those around you.
We all want the same things. We are human.
We just go about it differently. And to win in the modern environment, you have to create a strategy for yourself. As @Naval said, "If you eat, invest, and think according to what the 'news' advocates, you'll end up nutritionally, financially and morally bankrupt.
