Consider for a moment all the things you believe.
These beliefs direct your every action and thought.
That's a big deal.
Have you ever thought about this?
Why do you believe what you believe and do what you do?
Most people have not considered this.
In fact, most people actively defend their beliefs rather than trying to improve them. And that's why we have so many unhappy, sick, and brainwashed humans in the world today.
It's why they call it "Taking the red pill" for those that wake up to the reality of what's going on in modern society. It's the perfect metaphor for the masses which are plugged into the Matrix.
How you spend your money, how you vote, what content you watch, what news you follow (hopefully you don’t), how you raise your kids, what you think about relationships, love, marriage, whether you think college is worth it or not, what’s fair, not fair, and so on.
Everything.
Now here’s an exercise for you:
List out every book, course, lecture, even YouTube video you’ve watched on the topics that make up your worldview.
Which topics, if any, have you investigated yourself?
And for those you did look into, how deep did you go?
1 hour? 5?
Did you look into all sides of the subject matter to understand the idea's history and principles?
What you’ll find, and it’s nothing to be ashamed of, is that you probably haven’t done much to dive into these ideas yourself.
Unfortunately, that's typical for most people. And we were all there at some point because that's the indoctrination we are all born into it.
Like me, some of us were better at opting out of the system earlier or were forced to.
I did so poorly in school that I was forced to an alternate path. This was just environmental happenstance, and it led to my distrust of authority, governments, and why I became an entrepreneur.
So don’t waste your time trying to justify anything or feeling bad for yourself. That’s a waste of time.
If this pulls at you in any way, take it as a sign that you are ready to do the hard work of challenging your beliefs.
Make it a goal to understand all the most important subjects that make up your life.
Money, finance, investing, debt, fiat, Bitcoin
Relationships, monogamy, polygamy, the history of marriage, and why it was created to pass down property to the next generation (yup, it's about money after all)
Raising children - how everything the experts say is wrong
Experts - anything and everything you get from their ilk is corrupted.
Your best strategy is to go to niche thinkers, books, podcasts, and youtube channels, to compile the information yourself to come to your own conclusions.
You should never "trust" a public figure you don't know. That's just stupid.
And if you like someone, what they say should have nothing to do with that fact.
Critically think for yourself.
