Carnivore Cooking: Carnivore Diet Seafood Pate With Cod Liver and Sardines

This is not only delicious, but it can help you get more quality seafood into your diet.

I try to keep a container in my fridge at all times.

What you need:

  • 1x can sardines in water (or oil but id drain the oil)
  • 1x can cod liver
  • 4x small garlic cloves
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 lemon - juice and zest
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • Coconut aminos or fish sauce (optional)
  • Horseradish (optional)


  1. Drain sardines and add to food processor
  2. Drain 1/2 of cod liver and add container to food processor
  3. Add rest of ingredients
  4. Pulse
  5. Taste and adjust
  6. Pulse again
  7. Taste
  8. Store in small jars
