We feed our son the same Real foods we eat, which is an animal-based diet with some vegetables, tubers, fruit, and small bits of dairy.
We load up his plate with animal protein, maybe some sauerkraut and some berries, then some sweet potatoes if we are having them. He then chooses what he eats from there.
What without fail, the meat is one of the first things he grabs. He will then eat nearly all of his meat every meal while leaving a bit of the veggies or fruit behind.
His biology must be onto something?
After all, it craves those foods that are going to nourish it the most. Hence his choice to naturally eat a carnivore-based diet!
